No. The guest invoice wizard lets you build and download a professional PDF invoice with no signup at all. Registering is only needed if you want your clients, invoices, and business branding saved for next time.
A registered account saves your client list for reuse, keeps a full history of every invoice you create, lets you pick from 5 invoice templates with your own default Terms & Conditions applied automatically, and has a higher monthly invoice limit than the guest wizard.
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 20 invoices a month with email support. The Paid plan is ₹100/month (regular price ₹149) for unlimited invoices plus email and chat support — see the Pricing section on our home page. There's no self-checkout yet, so tap "Upgrade Now" and our team will set it up with you.
The Free plan allows up to 20 invoices per calendar month. Guests using the no-signup wizard are limited to 10 invoices per month per GST/PAN number, to keep the free tool available for everyone. The Paid plan removes the monthly invoice limit entirely.

Yes, if you have a registered account. Visit your Business Profile to choose from 5 invoice templates and set default Terms & Conditions that are applied to every invoice automatically.
Registered users can add, edit, and search their clients from the Clients section of the dashboard, and reuse any saved client when creating a new invoice.
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to receive a password reset link by email.
Registered users can edit any invoice from their dashboard at any time. Guest invoices are one-time downloads — since no account is created, there is nothing to log back into to edit them later, so please double-check details before downloading.
Your business details (name, contact info, and optionally GST/PAN), your client's details, and the line items being billed — item name, quantity, rate, discount, and tax.
Invoices can be created in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, or AED.
Since guest invoices don't require an account, there's no saved draft to edit. Simply go back through the wizard and create a corrected invoice — it only takes a couple of minutes.
Sensitive contact details are encrypted at rest, and the admin/reporting areas of the platform are access-controlled. We recommend not sharing sensitive documents like PAN cards or ID proofs through unrelated channels.
