These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the invoice generator application provided by IntegerByte LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the guest invoice tool, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.

1. The Service

The application lets you create, manage, and download invoices, and store client and business details for your own billing purposes. It's available two ways: a free "guest" invoice wizard that needs no signup, and a free registered account that also saves your clients, invoice history, and branding preferences. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this service, and any business or tax details (such as GST or PAN numbers) you provide must be accurate and belong to you or a business you're authorized to represent.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Free Plan, Paid Plan, and Usage Limits

The Free plan lets registered accounts create up to a set number of invoices per calendar month; the no-signup guest tool separately limits how many invoices can be created against the same GST/PAN number each month. A Paid plan is also available for a monthly fee, removing the invoice limit and adding chat support alongside email — see the Pricing section on our home page for current pricing. There's no automated checkout yet: upgrading is arranged manually by contacting our support team, who will confirm pricing and payment details with you directly before any charge is made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the application or other users' data, to circumvent any usage limits or security measures (including automated/bot access), or to upload content you don't have the right to use.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the client, business, and invoice data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you generate — we don't review or verify their contents. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and protected.

7. Intellectual Property

The application itself — its design, code, templates, and IntegerByte branding — belongs to IntegerByte LLP. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you; you're simply granted permission to use the service as intended.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the application available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the free plan, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntegerByte LLP isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the application, including errors in invoices you create.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
